About me

I am a integrative therapist who has been qualified since 2011. In this time I have worked for Basildon MIND as part of my placement for the first 3 years and then I have worked for last 9 years at The Priory Hospital Chelmsford CAMHS inpatient ward as CAMHS (Child adolescent mental health service) Therapist and on the Adult Eating Disorder ward (3 months). I was also Teaching assistant for 7 years on the CAMHS ward for part of this time. I also worked as a sessional Integrative Therapist for CAMHS outpatients in the Day Hospital.

I have run my private practice since 2011. I have worked with many conditions within the umbrella of Anxiety and Depression.

I work from young people aged 12 years and adults.

Areas of interest

Age range from 12 years old and up (young people to adults);

Anxiety and Depression - Using multi of skills as this is part of my integrative training of incorporating many theories such as Humanistic, Person centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional analysis.

I have also completed a Trauma Diploma and have seen many patients who have been through or witnessed many forms of trauma.
