Areas of interest

I treat patients from age 10 years to 25 years old.

I can work both in a short term solution focused manner for six weekly sessions or in longer term work if needed.

I can also work along side parents to explore how best to support their teenagers.

Areas which I frequently support teenagers through include exam stress, social media pressures, family conflict, peer related issues, self harm, body image concerns and bereavement.
