I have always harboured an interest in the larger questions of life, leading me to complete a Masters degree in philosophy as well as my psychology training. I know that it can be difficult for people with mental health problems to know where to start when trying to access a quality service to help them through the difficult times in their life.
I value the fact that CPG is a well-tailored service for people to get the help they need, safe in the knowledge that their therapist is thoroughly trained, passionate about what they do, and utilising evidence-based therapies. While I usually work face-to-face with clients, I am also willing to provide online services.
Areas of interest
Working mainly within the cognitive behavioural family of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
