Overview

About me

I completed my undergraduate training at St Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Medicine, University of London in 2005 whilst also attaining a first class with honours in Biomedical Engineering. After completing general medical training and gaining membership to the Royal College of Physicians, I undertook specialist training in Gastroenterology in the South Thames region.

I undertook a higher degree at St George's Hospital Medical School, University of London and was awarded an MD in 2016. I've published over 20 articles in international peer-reviewed journals and have presented at both national and international conferences.

I'm currently a substantive Consultant at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and offer expertise in all forms of gastrointestinal disorders and advanced endoscopy.

Dyspesia and gastroesophageal reflux disease; Functional bowel disorders (such as irritable bowel disease - IBS), inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, microscopic colitis; coeliac disease and malabsorption; acute and chronic liver disease; pancreatobiliary disease; change in bowel habit, constipation, diarrhoea; gastrointestinal cancers; GI endoscopy, gastroscopy, colonoscopy

Investigation of abdominal pain; changes in bowel habit; deranged liver function; acid reflux; swallowing difficulties; bloating; belching; weight loss; anaemia; jaundice and blood is stools
