As a psychotherapeutic counsellor I believe in developing a relationship that will help and support you gain a greater understanding of yourself, your feelings and the issues you are facing.
I work in an integrative way which means I can adapt different therapeutic approaches to suit you and help you make sense of the way you feel and focus on the goals you would like to achieve.
I believe the most important part of any therapeutic work is developing a strong relationship based on mutual trust and collaboration.
From that we can begin together to work through what is happening for you in the present with awareness of how the past may also be playing a role.

I specialise in anxiety; depression; personal growth; life transitions; relationship issues.
I offer both short and long term therapy. I have an integrative approach and offer person centred therapy; psychodynamic therapy; cognitive behavioural therapy; solution focused therapy, existential therapy. I work with adults and young adults 16 years and upwards. All the work is done at your own pace.
