I provide therapy in English and in French in my practices in Holborn and Kensington.
I see adult clients for short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy and use a range of modern approaches depending on your needs.
I commit to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can bring any concerns that might be troubling you. From every day life trouble to trauma, all types of concerns are legitimate and will be heard by me during therapy.
Therapy can offer the chance to improve your relationships by exploring and accepting your personal strengths and weaknesses without undue self-criticism. That self awareness that you will develop during therapy will lead to gradually increase your self confidence to establish balanced relationships and to help make the right choices for yourself.
