I have worked in the field of CV risk factors, especially hyperlipidaemias over 30 + years, at St Mary's, the Hammersmith Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital.
I am a member of the Familial Hypercholesterolaemia Steering Group of the RCP for the management of the Paediatric FH register, and the Lipoprotein Apheresis register.
I was 1st author on the RCP audit paper on management of FH in the UK.
I am a member of the NICE guideline developement Group for diagnosis and management of FH
