I’m an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and an analytical (Jungian) oriented psychotherapist specialised in working with young people and adults.
I'm an experienced clinician, having worked in a number of different services, including public and private sectors.
I work predominately from a psychodynamic and attachment focused perspective in a manner which is authentic, engaged and evidence based. However, I tend to integrate this approach with other therapy models such as CFT, ACT and CBT approaches.
I am keen on maintaining a flexible approach, where we collaborate and tailor our work to your needs and circumstances.
Most of our difficulties are rooted in our past key relationships therefore unable to facilitate emotional growth and development according to our current circumstances. Psychology can help you achieve a better understanding of yourself and explore why, even when things seem to be in the right place, you might feel unsatisfied or disconnected. This understanding can help you to make your own decisions about any changes you might like to make. I will work with you to help you develop an understanding of your thinking and behavioral patterns and support you in adopting more helpful coping styles and to improve your emotional wellbeing.

Areas of interest
My work includes supporting adults with their psychological health, behavioral and emotional wellbeing needs.I have a clinical interest in perinatal psychology and fertility and I worked in the parent-infant field, helping parents to form secure attachment relationships with their babies.
Having lived and studied in different countries, I'm particularly interested in working with the identity and cross-cultural issues, immigration process, attachment and relational family difficulties, loss and bereavement.
