About me

I am a Psychotherapist with more than 18 years of experience with children/adolescents and adults.I worked as a psychotherapist in New York for 10 years before moving to London. I have worked in the private and voluntary sector and the NHS.

I am an Integrative psychotherapist and use a range of approaches to work with clients in the way that will be most effective for them. My approach is client centred and reflects psychodynamic, systemic and humanistic theories.

My therapeutic aim is to work with adults and children to alleviate their distress, make sense of their life experiences and develop more helpful ways of coping with difficulties. I believe in providing a respectful therapeutic relationship which draws on individual's strengths and innate resources to heal and move forward in their life.
