About me

Andy qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 from the University of Brighton. Prior to this Andy was working within the health and fitness industry after gaining a degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2002.

For 3 years Andy was Head Physiotherapist for Oxford United FC, and prior to this worked for Derby County FC academy and first team, The RAF, and spent 3 years in the NHS. His role as Head Academy Physiotherapist, treating 9-18 year olds, gave him great experience in treating adolescents and he utilises this expertise in his current role. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge related to all musculo-skeletal problems, from sports injury to chronic pain and post surgical management. Andy also has a PG Cert in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath and a postgraduate qualification in acupuncture.

Andy has a particular interest in biomechanics and strength and conditioning. He will take the time to get to the bottom of your injury and work towards long term not short term solutions, empowering the patient to take ownership of their rehabilitation.
