About me

*Are you an adult or young person wanting to understand and manage anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties or your experience of a traumatic event?

*Are you an employer wanting to know more about mental health in order to develop your approach to psychological wellbeing?

*Are you a headteacher looking for support with the social and emotional wellbeing of your pupils or staff wellbeing?

*Perhaps you are a GP, a practice manager or a psychiatrist seeking therapy for your patients, or consultation regarding mental health matters?

If so, you may be interested in meeting with an experienced Chartered Psychologist who brings clinical practice to you, without referral pathways and long waiting lists.

I believe that mental health support should reflect a balance between psychological theory and your own understanding of what you need. I therefore work with people to make psychology accessible, understandable and relatable. I take pride in creating a genuine connection with the people that I meet, whilst supporting them to;

- explore their life experiences
- learn to set boundaries and instigate change
- understand themselves and others better
- understand and manage their thoughts, feelings,
behaviour and physical sensations
- to feel heard

I have extensive experience of working with adults and children across a range of settings and I utilise a variety of psychological therapies to inform my practice. I have a particular interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory and the Person-Centred Approach.

If you would benefit from a tailored approach to your mental wellbeing, or that of those around you, please contact me. I understand that this can feel daunting and I fully appreciate the courage that this may take. I look forward to hearing from you.
