His Orthopaedic training was in London and Boston, USA, with fellowships in Sydney and Bern. His practice relates to the techniques of hip preservation surgery in particular hip arthroscopy and acetabular osteotomy for hip dysplasia. He teaches and lectures on hip arthroscopy courses and at hip arthroscopy meetings as well as demonstrating and teaching a minimally invasive approach for periacetabular osteotomy (PAO).
