About me

Mr Fisher trained at Oxford University, gaining degrees in physiological sciences and medicine. Qualifying in 1983, he later obtained fellowships of the college of surgeons in England and Edinburgh, and a doctorate in medicine: writing a thesis on nasal obstruction assessment. ENT training in Oxford, Cambridge, Australia, the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital in London and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. He has a general ENT practice, with interests in adult and childhood ear, nose and throat problems. I am a senior editor of the Journal of Laryngology and Otology, the oldest UK ENT journal.
