I provide a range of Psychological Counselling and Coaching services to people who are going through difficult challenges in their lives and want to find a way to move forward.
As a fully Registered Counselling Psychologist, I believe in the importance of developing a collaborative, therapeutic relationship that helps you find solutions to your problems in a way that is most effective and comfortable for you. My work is largely underpinned by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the development and awareness of interpersonal dynamics.
For years I have worked with a wide range of acute and enduring psychological problems through 1:1 counselling and by leading psychoeducational and therapeutic groups within the private sector. Outside of my work in a private hospital, I have a small and dedicated private practice based in central London.
I have a strong belief that the journey to well-being comes from an integration of work on both mind and body with good nutrition, social connections and a life where your values are your compass and your sense of meaning and purpose are your map.
