I can help you discover a path to a new way forward. I will help you explore what might be holding you back, supporting you to gently unpick the myriad thoughts, feelings and judgements - of yourself and others - to come to a more peaceful appreciation of who you are, in the here-and-now.
The therapy I offer is called the person centred approach. This is a non-directive type of counselling and psychotherapy which works to help you find your own best answer to your situation. This can really benefit you if you feel stuck or are having difficulty trusting your own judgement. Former clients have reported feeling calmer and more confident in both work and relationships.

All consultations are strictly confidential. Ongoing therapy consultations are 50 minutes long and take place weekly, normally at the same time. Choose whether you want to see me at my peaceful, comfortable practice locations in SE1 (London Bridge / City / Waterloo / Canary Wharf) or SE27 (West Norwood / Streatham / Dulwich / Clapham).
