About me

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope this information is helpful to you and it gives you confidence to take the first step to overcome your difficulties, whatever they may be.

A little about me:

I started my working life in the Military and have many years experience of the working culture of Uniformed Services, including, Police / Military and the Fire Service and the impact that the work can have on both families and individuals.

After leaving the military I trained as Social Worker and have extensive training and experience in working with families and Adults

I completed my training as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in 2011 and worked for the Fire and Rescue Services as a Trauma Therapist and Welfare Officer for 5 years.

I am happy to work with a wide range of problems from:

I am Accredited to the BABCP and meet all the requirements of my profession in relation to practice and training.

I have specialist recognition with The Private Practice Register and take referrals from NHS, GP’s, Insurance providers and individuals.

I am happy to talk to you via a free initial 20-minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have about treatment to help you make the right decision for you.

I am experienced in providing Telephone Therapy if you feel this might suit your needs.
