I am a BPS Chartered Psychologist, an HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist. I have over 20 years' experience working with individuals, groups and organisations on a range of psychological challenges and difficulties. In my private practice I offer a confidential and collaborative professional setting in which you can explore a wide number of current emotional and psychological problems and figure out ways in which these can be managed and helped. I work with adults of a wide age range and with a broad presentation of difficulties. These include: Unhappy feelings; difficulties with current relaionships in your life or confusions about these; feelings of anxiety or depression; loss and bereavement; understanding and managing traumatic events that you have experienced; looking for meaning in your life; challenges with parenting; work, career and occupational issues.
