I am a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist a Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist and have worked in psychology since 2001.
I am really interested in carrying out assessments and working therapeutically with people from age 13 to older age.
In light of the Coronovirus, I am happy to provide sessions online for people.
In terms of assessments, I am experienced in providing psychological assessments to aid diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cognitive assessments and Mental Capacity, as well as assessments to inform therapy.
Therapeutically, I work with people who have experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood: sexual abuse and other traumatic events, loss and bereavement, abuse, and domestic violence. I am interested in helping people to build resilience and post traumatic growth. In addition, I offer therapy to individuals with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, pain, anger, work related stress and Aspergers/Autism.
I am also interested in supporting people with adjusting to living with various health conditions such as diabetes, chronic pain, physical injuries and neurological difficulties. I can also provide support for people affected by the coronovirus.
