Professional background and experience
I qualified from Newcastle University as a Clinical Psychologist in 2003 and have worked in the NHS both as a Clinical Psychologist and as an Early Years Mental Health Psychologist.
I have a wealth of experience in helping children, babies, teenagers and their parents with a range of developmental, emotional, behavioural, relationship and parenting difficulties.
I am skilled in delivering CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Parent-Infant Psychology and an integrative approach, also drawing on aspects of psychodynamic and attachment theory, to meet each person’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
