About me

Dr Esther Cole is Clinical Director & Clinical Psychologist at Lifespan Psychology - The Diverse Practice. The team have just won the Prestige Award 2022 for Psychology Therapy Specialists of the Year, London. Dr Cole works in London, UK, and internationally online with all ages: adults, children and families. She is the proud BPS Early Career Award winner (2020) for her role initiating and co-editing: “Psychological Therapy for Paediatric Acquired Brain Injury” (Routledge). As a third generation British Jamaican Psychologist, managing long-term conditions whilst being a mother of three, Dr Cole warmly welcomes clients from all walks of life, and has a passion for supporting people living alongside mental, physical or neurological difficulties and trauma. All psychological therapies are tailor-made and, importantly, driven by evidence and research.
