About me

I qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1983. I was awarded a degree in Bioengineering from Strathclyde University, an M.D. from Aberdeen University, on the treatment of early osteoarthritis of the knee and a Sports Surgery Fellowship at Duke University North Carolina. I was appointed consultant in 1983 and have worked at the Spire Hartswood Hospital for over 20 years: the last 10 years exclusively in private practise. I have lectured extensively around Europe and the UK on the treatment of Arthritis.

Areas of interest

The investigation, diagnosis and non operative treatment of hip pain; knee pain; ankle pain; shoulder pain; back pain.
