About me

I have 15 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist since qualifying from University of Ulster in 2004. I opened Physio Performance in Belfast on my return home from England having worked in Elite Sport.

There I managed sports injuries at Manchester United for 5 seasons, and 2 seasons at Bolton Wanderers previous to this. I have also experience working at Royal Ballet in London as well as other sports such as Gaelic Football, Athletics and Rugby.

I completed a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from University of Chester and apply these knowledge and skills to ensure clients recover from injury and perform at their best.
