Sammy Dakers, MSK Physiotherapist.

We use a combination of manual therapy, Western Acupuncture (MSK) along with Movement and Exercise to help you recover from your injuries and postural related problems.

Clinical Pilates and Yoga Classes also available to help keep you active and mobile.
