About me

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with over seven years of experience working with a diverse range of clients.

I practice in an open, collaborative and honest way. I am aware of the importance of forming a good therapeutic relationship with clients in order to help them move towards the meaningful changes they wish to make in therapy.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in a wide range of psychological therapies, which offers me the opportunity to tailor psychological interventions to a clients specific needs. Specifically, I specialise in Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Alongside my private work I also currently work for a local NHS trust in a stroke service. I am also a clinical supervisor and have supervised Trainee Clinical Psychologists from the University of East Anglia on their clinical placements.
