I am a humanistic counsellor and have continued to study in additional areas relating to health and well being including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy,(DBT), Mindfulness and meditation, excellent for enabling resolve in stress, anxiety low mood and the troubling mind. My aim as a counsellor is to enable healing of mental and emotional pain increase self-awareness and provide life changing approaches that enhance the growth of self-esteem confidence and well-being.
