About us

I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with over 20 years experience in the NHS. I launched Yorkshire Psychotherapy in January 2015 and have since taken on Associates to offer a wide range of therapies to individuals and businesses.

I have worked in a number of roles for the NHS, over the past twenty years as both a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Manager and Psychotherapist. I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement and Desensitisation (EMDR) for a range of common mental health problems, including anxiety, depression and trauma, as well using DBT skills.I also specialise in work related stress, bullying and harassment and mediation.

I undertake regular clinical supervision with an accredited supervisor, am DBS checked and have Public Liability Insurance.
