About me

I am chartered senior clinical psychologist who works with adults. I have substantial experience working with young adults between the ages of 16-25, people at risk for psychosis and bipolar, adults struggling with common mental health difficulties, treatment resistant anxiety and depression, trauma and complex trauma including abuse. I work a lot with people who have difficult relationships with family members and parents, and people who are struggling with work related stress and burnout. I have some experience working in the area of neuropsychology with adults with head injury and degnerative neurological disorders. I have an interest in medically unexplained conditions and health anxiety. In person I am warm, gentle and sensitive, and a good listener.
