About me

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Oxford in 2011. I am qualified to provide therapy for a range of psychological difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression and low self-esteem. I offer a person-centred approach to therapy, using a number of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I understand that coming to therapy can seem daunting at first and so I make sure that my therapeutic style is warm, genuine, accepting and safe so that we can explore the things that you are struggling with.

My current role in the NHS is a Senior Clinical Psychologist in a neurological rehabilitation team. I provide assessment, rehabilitation and psychological therapy for people who have experienced a traumatic or acquired brain injury. I also provide therapeutic intervention for people with long term neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and Huntington's Disease.
