About me

As an integrative counsellor / psychotherapist.I draw on the insights and concepts of various approaches, particularly the person-centred (humanistic), existential and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT) to meet the client's individual needs.

I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I am committed to treating all enquiries and content of sessions in the strictest confidence. I base my work on the values of respect, trust, tolerance, fairness, freedom of choice and honesty.

I have five and a half years’ experience of working at the Centre for Better Health in Hackney and four and a half years' experience working in private practice.
