About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years of experience working in mental health settings, including the NHS. I have worked both as a clinician and as the manager of Primary Care mental health services.

Anxiety can stop us from living the life we desire. Regardless of the type of anxiety we have, it can be exhausting, overwhelming and isolating and can impact on our self as well as our loved one’s. However, it really doesn’t have to be that way.

As a teenager and young adult I experienced significant social anxiety. It paralysed me and stopped me fully living the life I wanted. Fortunately, I decided to do something about it and focused on learning scientifically proven strategies that help with overcoming anxiety and trauma. These strategies made a massive to difference to my life and I now get to pay it forward by teaching these life changing strategies to other people.

You deserve to live a life you love, to work towards being who you want to be, or do the things you want without fear holding you back. I can be your guide, someone who will support you, listen and understand the challenges you face. Get in touch and together we will develop a plan to enable you to reclaim your life and fulfill your potential.
