About me

Rosemary (Ro) Huntriss is a UK Registered Dietitian with several years experience working in the NHS, private practice and commercial business. She holds a Master's degree in Advanced Nutrition, and a second Master's degree in Clinical Research.

Following an enjoyable career in the NHS, the past few years have seen her be appointed a Clinical Lead Dietitian for Obesity at the UK's leading digital healthcare company, co-author a book, act as a Consultant Dietitian to lots of exciting projects and written for or offered content to several national publications to include the Daily Mail, The Express, The Sun, HELLO! Magazine, OK! Magazine, The Mirror and many more.

Ro has significant experience in a number of areas to include weight management (for those wanting to lose or gain weight), gut health (IBS, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's, Coeliac disease), heart health, diabetes, pancreatitis, bile acid malabsorption, food intolerance and polycstyic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Ro is qualified to support the low-FODMAP diet (trained by Monash University).
