OFFERING VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

Rosemary (Ro) Huntriss is a UK Registered Dietitian with several years experience working in the NHS, private practice and commercial business. She holds a Master's degree in Advanced Nutrition, and a second Master's degree in Clinical Research.

Alongside her clinical work, Ro works as a Consultant Dietitian for several brands and businesses, and works as the Global Clinical Research Lead for Oviva AG.

Ro regularly appears in media communications to include BBC, Women's Health, Business Insider, Mail Online and HELLO! Magazine.

Ro has significant experience in a number of areas to include weight management (for those wanting to lose or gain weight), gut health (IBS, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's, Coeliac disease), fertility management, heart health, diabetes, pancreatitis, bile acid malabsorption, food intolerance and polycstyic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

The low-FODMAP diet is a complex dietary intervention which can be offered to those with IBS, IBD or other gastroenterology conditions. Ro is trained in the low-FODMAP diet by MONASH University and also offers a weight loss for IBS online course.

Ro has worked in the weight loss industry for over 10 years. She worked as a specialist weight management and diabetes dietitian for 6 years in the NHS, and then moved to Oviva to become their Clinical Lead Dietitian for Obesity before moving into her research-based role. Ro is able to support several dietary interventions to include intermittent fasting, low-carbohydrate diets, meal replacement plans and total diet replacements.

Ro has spent several years supporting patients with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Ro was involved in designing a programme for the NHS Low Calorie Diet pilot which supports remission of patients with type 2 diabetes.

Ro is a fertility nutrition specialist. She runs a fertility nutrition instagram page @fertility.dietitian.uk where she supports men and women on their preconception journeys, including supporting conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS.
