He completed his core medical training through the North London rotation, which included the Royal Brompton and Harefield Trusts as well the Barnet and Chase Farm hospitals, obtaining MRCP in 2010.
He also pursued an MD (Research) at Imperial College London, which was awarded in 2015. This was as a part of a large population-based study and involved Cardiac CT, Nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging and echocardiography. The work was supported by the prestigious Dorothy Hodgkin Post Graduate award (Research Council UK).
His initial cardiology training including advanced imaging was at Harefield Hospital, Trusts as an imaging fellow before moving to the East of England deanery for SpR training.
