My name is Tim Bray and I have been a practising counsellor and therapist for nearly 30 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and am on the BACP Register (No. 013948). You can check my entry here.
I provide counselling to adults, young people and children on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
In the past I have provided counselling to children, young people and adults experiencing distress and emotional challenges in their life. You can read more about my counselling experience on the Qualifications & Experience page my website.
My counselling practice is in Ledbury, Herefordshire, within easy reach of Hereford, Worcester and Gloucester. I mainly work from home and see clients in a comfortable quiet room on the ground floor with direct access from outside (see photo below). There is easy parking in the street and the house is 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There is one step into the house for those with mobility issues and I can assist with access if needed.
I am committed to providing a high quality and effective service to my clients. As a member of the BACP I am required to attend Continuing Professional Development to ensure my practice is up to date and of a high standard. I am also required to attend monthly supervision of 1 1/2 hrs per month with a BACP recognised supervisor, where I can discuss my client caseload. In order to renew my accreditation each year I have to provide the BACP with evidence that I have met these requirements.
