About me
Supporting people to change and/or manage their lives who are experiencing relationship difficulties or struggling with addictions.
I originally trained and worked with young people between the ages of 12 and 25 before expanding my practice to include adults with mental health and substance abuse issues.
I now also practice as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and supporting individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in or with their relationships.
I also work extensively with sexual difficulties.
My addiction work includes all addictions with a special interest in problematic sexual behaviours, (which some people refer to as sex addiction) but is not always the case.
