About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I have worked in the field of Mental Health and Social Care for the past 10 years in various settings, including: community, residential, education, and specialist Adult, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

I am highly skilled in conducting thorough psychological assessment and providing evidence-based psychological therapy for a wide range of emotional difficulties including, Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress, Occupational Stress, Adjustment and Conduct Disorders. I offer a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Person Centred Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients by helping them to understand their difficulties and tailor a treatment plan that meets their needs.
