I did graduated from Assam University, India. My postgraduate training in Gastroenterology was based in Southwest London including significant time spent in London teaching Hospitals including St Georges Hospital, Kings College Hospital. During my training I took time out to do research on liver diseases from St Georges University of London. My sub specialty interests include Liver diseases including Fatty liver, non alcoholic fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease.
I also care for a large number of patients with functional GI problems such Irritable Bowel Syndrome and functional dyspepsia.
I am joint advisory group (JAG) accredited endoscopist for upper and lower GI endoscopies.
