About me

Dr Tsigaras is a highly trained and experienced Counselling Psychologist with broad NHS experience, across clinical settings, and with the full range of mental health difficulties.

He has a special interest in relationship difficulties in individuals, often resulting from childhood trauma or neglect. A significant portion of his private practice is dedicated to couples therapy.

He has extensive experience of helping with different forms of anxiety and depression, especially in the context of work related stress.

He also especially welcomes mothers who may have experienced perinatal difficulties.

Finally, he is also interested in "medically unexplained conditions" such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and irritable bowel syndrome.
