About me

Dr Tsigaras is a highly trained and experienced Counselling Psychologist with broad NHS experience, across clinical settings and the full spectrum of severity and complexity. He has been practising for over 11 years.

He has a special interest in relationship difficulties in individuals, often resulting from childhood trauma or neglect. A significant portion of his private practice is dedicated to couples therapy or relationship counselling.

He has extensive experience of helping with different forms of anxiety and depression, especially in the context of work related stress.

In recent times, he has developed an interest EMDR and in the mind-body connection and "medically unexplained conditions" such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and irritable bowel syndrome.
