About me

I am Di Pulley and have been a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited and UKRC registered therapist since 2004, having graduated from Warwick University. I am also a Master Life Coach and a member of the Association for Coaching.

I have also trained at the Centre for Stress Management in London.

I have worked in private practise since 2004 with clients presenting various issues, from trauma, depression, anxiety and self-confidence.

In turn I am a CISD provider for critical incidents both in the UK and Internationally.

I work with individuals, couples and corporate clients.

Having worked within the NHS, Education and both private and public sector she now works with corporate clients delivering Stress Management and Mindfulness training.

I am passionate about Health and Nutrition and creating a healthy work life balance. I believe we all have the potential to lead rewarding and fulfilling lives and are committed to helping individuals achieve this in their lives.

I, in turn, have attained a certificate in Stress Management and Relaxation at the Centre for Stress Management in London.

I am passionate about helping my clients and my belief is that everyone has the potential and the right to lead fulfilling lives and I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve that. I work with the client as a whole and identify that their physical and mental well-being are all interlinked. Therefore, nutrition and exercise are an imperative part of my life and this is incorporated into my practice.

In addition to my private practice I have worked in Higher Education, the NHS and Primary Health Care offering both counselling and supervision to both young people and adults.

I have worked with both adults and children at Barnardos, in the area of sexual abuse, trauma, sexuality, self-harm and eating disorders.

I have attended site for critical incidents to support the victims of traumatic incidents ranging from death of a colleague in the workplace to victims of terrorist attacks.

By working with you, we can help you achieve more fulfilling and rewarding lives and in turn help you reach your full potential. It is very hard for individuals to acknowledge that they are important and need care and nourishment. What we are all good at is taking care of others needs and neglecting our own.

TLC Partners also works with corporate clients, offering training and support for individuals experiencing work related stress and work place bullying. Work related stress is the biggest cause of absenteeism in the workplace. The total number of working days lost due to this condition in 2015/16 was 11.7 million days. (HSE Gov.UK)

We can offer half or one day workshops in the workplace to assist with issues of stress and anxiety. Helping employers and employees understand what their triggers are for stress and anxiety and adapting coping strategies to create an enhanced work life balance.

Our aim is to help support individuals in returning to work which in turn supports the company in keeping their employers in work and taking care of their mental well-being.

The hardest part is taking the first step but once you have made that first step, you are acknowledging that you are important and we can then support you on that journey.
