I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist in Cobham, Surrey.
In my experience, good therapy can deepen your understanding of why you feel the way you do and helps you to discover what you really need in life and then to create it.
The same emotional or physical symptoms arise for different reasons in each person. We will work together to learn how unique elements and are creating your symptoms or causing you to feel unsatisfied or to struggle. This can help you to find new ways of responding to life that reflect more of your true self.
My previous career was in the City of London which gives me an understanding of the pressures and challenges of corporate life. I currently receive referrals from both public and private organisations and carry out both short and long-term work.
