About me

I am a qualified and experienced BACP accredited counsellor and also hold the IAPT Counselling for Depression qualification. Over the last 13 years I have worked locally in GP surgeries, secondary schools and family support.

I provide short and long term therapy and have experience of working across all ages over 11.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which we can explore areas of concern with the aim of making sense of experience, developing insight, identifying coping strategies and offering new perspectives.
