About me

Dear BUPA Clients,
Thank you for viewing my Profile here on BUPA Providers Online especially at this difficult time during the Corona outbreak.

I would like to reassure BUPA clients that I am continuing to offer counselling and CBT to all existing and new clients. Most importantly, there's no need to miss out on counselling during the Corona crisis. Many people have found that attending therapy remotely can be just as beneficial as attending in person.

Having remote sessions offers you the chance to have counselling flexibly from the comfort of your own home and avoids unnecessary travel and associated costs.

Remote counselling also enables me to screen-share worksheets and therapy resources instantly on line and many of these can be emailed straight to your inbox and saves on printing paper!

I regularly provided therapy using a remote connection and from my own personal experience I know it has helped many clients and I am sure it could help you too.

Please feel free to ask me about this or any other aspects of Counselling or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
I hope this helps a little and look forward to supporting you whatever your difficulties.

Warmest regards, Nicholas King
