About me

I have over 15 years of experience working in adult mental health in the NHS. I offer an intergrative therapeutic approach that is adapted according to a map (formulation) developed in early sessions. I use a range of evidence based therapies tailored to the individual including CBT, EMDR, Schema Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I am currently offering appointments remotely, via Zoom, Facetime or telephone
