I studied for my Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree at Leeds Metropolitan University.
Having qualified from Leeds Met in 2006 I worked with the physiotherapists at Leeds Tykes RUFC and as the physiotherapist for a successful amateur Rugby League team.
Following this I started working in Private Practice in a well established practice in Harrogate treating a range of Musculoskeletal conditions and Occupational physiotherapy at a number of factories: again treating musculoskeletal conditions.
I currently work in my own practice and work 4 days per week at Bupa as a PhysioLine Physiotherapist.
Areas of interest
On leaving University, I worked as a physiotherapist at a traditional Chinese medicine centre, treating a range of conditions.
I continued working in private physiotherapy clinics treating various musculoskeletal conditions and also worked in sport with Championship Amateur Rugby league team in addition to working with Leeds Tykes.
In my free time I am a keen gardener and enjoys DIY, cookery and socialising.
I really enjoys travelling which has prompted me to learn Spanish as I wish to explore Spain away from the regular tourist areas. I
play bass guitar and drums although I no longer play in bands. I love to play racket ball and squash.
