About me

I am an EAP provider, UKCP accredited Psychotherapist, providing Psychotherapy, Counselling, CBT and EMDR. I have over 30 years clinical experience treating anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, phobias, depression, trauma and addiction. I offer one to one counselling for adults (18 onwards) for South Suffolk and North Essex. I also provide Skype therapy for individuals within the UK and overseas.

I work with both woman and men and have a professional interest in working with men who may find the idea of counselling challenging either through preconceived ideas of counsellors and counselling or due to the content they wish to address.
