About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working for more than 18 years in the NHS, Higher Education, in private practice and the voluntary sector.

I work with adults and young adults struggling with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, identify (personal, sexual and gender), loss, separation and divorce, infertility, women's issues, workplace difficulties, life change and personal development.

I am also an Associate and qualified Instructor in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), training employees in organisations to become Mental Health First Aiders.
