About me

I have over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist, having worked within the NHS, the public sector and in private practice.

Ten years ago, after the birth of my son, I developed an interest in women's and pelvic health and began to specialise in the field. Since then I have undertaken a wide range of postgraduate courses to broaden my skills and understanding in women's health, men's health, obstetric care and gynaecological care.

I enjoy helping patients to regain their confidence and quality of life, and in achieving their goals.

The clinics are run from within a private hospital in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

I am also a qualified clinical Pilates instructor and have a special interest in managing symptoms menopause from a physiotherapy and well-being perspective.
