About me

Private Counselling Practice in Rickmansworth offering therapeutic counselling support for individuals and for couples. I provide a confidential and safe place in which to explore your concerns and uncover possible solutions or alternative ways of looking at your problems. My clients often present with issues around anxiety, depression, loss or bereavement, relationship difficulties or any other kinds of problematic life issues. I offer a warm, confidential and empathic space using my training in Person-Centred counselling, along with experience gained in CBT techniques, Relationship Counselling and Mindfulness practice.
