About me

I am a qualified mental health nurse (RMHN) with over 19 years of working with people with psychological and emotional difficulties in a variety of settings in the National Health Service. I trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in  2009 and offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) both of which are recommended by NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) for the treatment of depression and anxiety problems. I continue to work as a therapist within the NHS offering EMDR and CBT assessment and treatment to clients within a community mental health team.
