About me

I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and specialise in helping to children, teenagers and adults with anxiety, low mood and low self esteem.

I qualified in 2002 and have many years of experience of working in the NHS and the charitable sector, in addition to working in private practice.

I enjoy being a creative therapist and recognise that seeking help and support for emotional difficulties takes real courage and can be a daunting experience. However, confidentiality, respect and sensitivity are at the heart of all appointments.

We will work with your goals and help and support you to overcome the difficulties you are currently facing.

In you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
