About me

Jamie is a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychologies (BABCP). He has extensive knowledge on providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and specialises in anxiety, depression, OCD, Trauma, Addictions, and Pain management. Jamie has had significant experience working in NHS primary and secondary mental healthcare within Complex Care Community Mental Health Treatment.

Jamie is able to offer clients the opportunity to integrate other evidence based models of psychotherapy within CBT dependent on your current difficulties.
